It's just that when it's combined with highly realistic tuning etc, I get completely lost before I'm even on the track to begin with. I'll gladly admit I'm somewhat casually into racing games, but I do love highly realistic driving. I don't even know where to find information on this tuning stuff, and just figuring it out on the fly isn't particularly useful. say "Light Gravel/Long gears", "Asphalt/Short Gears", "Snow/Medium Gears" etc? It'd still have enough variables that it'd require some forethought and such, without overwhelming us. Would it really be that terrible if those of us who aren't that into the mechanic side of things could have some finished presets in the game already, so we can just choose between.
